What we know so far/Rules/Etc:

Nice is an excellent dancer who specializes in ballet.
He's all smiles, but seems to be hiding something as per the accusation by his rival of being a 'hypocrite' and how his smile fades the moment that no one is looking/his back is turned to the crowd.
As a whole, he's known to have a winsome personality and is loved by his fans. As a hero's strength grows with the trust they garner from the public, he's quite powerful.
Due to the nature of the public's view on him being pristine as possible, he suffers from OCD to the point where it is a nuisance in every day life.
He has a sort of fixation on being perfect and ensuring all smile, including his opponent.
He is willing to do anything and everything to ensure his position as a hero.
Nice excels in close combat, and appears to be able to fly.
As for ships, hard no on Wreck/Nice and Enlighter/Nice.
